These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TACHABeauty website, our online store, products, services, promotions and other features made available through our website.
Throughout these Terms, “TACHABeauty”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TACHABEAUTYHQ trading as TACHABeauty. “You” and “your” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing from us.
By browsing our website, creating an account or placing an order with TACHABeauty, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.
GETTING STARTED
1. ELIGIBILITY TO USE OUR WEBSITE
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We display our products, packaging, shades and colours as accurately as possible.
However, the colour you see on your screen may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors. Such minor variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
Product descriptions, ingredients, sizes and other information are provided as accurately as possible.
Where you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list before using a product.
3. COSMETIC USE & SKIN SENSITIVITIES
Everyone’s skin and body may react differently to cosmetic products.
You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use, particularly if you have allergies, sensitivities or a history of reactions to cosmetic ingredients.
Where appropriate, we recommend patch testing a new product before full use.
If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.
PRICING & PROMOTIONS
4. PRICES
Product prices will be displayed on our website in the applicable currency.
Unless stated otherwise, delivery fees are calculated separately and shown during checkout before payment is completed.
We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error after an order has been submitted, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. Where appropriate, you may choose to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund if payment has already been made.
5. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, TACHABeauty may offer promotional prices, gifts, discount codes, bundles, giveaways or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discount codes cannot be combined with another promotional code;
- discounts must be applied before checkout is completed;
- promotional products may be available only while stocks last; and
- specific promotions may have their own additional terms.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend a promotion where there has been an error, fraud, abuse or other circumstances requiring us to do so.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
6. ORDERS
Placing products in your cart does not reserve them.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in that order.
Receiving an order confirmation or payment notification does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be verified or authorised;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed; or
- we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you to offer an appropriate solution or refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
8. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of their payment services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
TACHABeauty does not require customers to send card PINs, passwords or one time passwords to our staff through social media or messaging platforms.
Please do not provide such information to anyone claiming to represent TACHABeauty.
9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to correct or cancel an order, please contact us immediately and provide your order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist. However, once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
Where cancellation rights are provided under applicable consumer law, those rights remain unaffected.
DELIVERY & RECEIVING
10. DELIVERY
Estimated delivery periods displayed on our website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, customs procedures, high promotional periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Where an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
11. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, leaking, broken or otherwise defective when received, contact our Customer Care team as soon as reasonably possible with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photographs or video where reasonably required to help us assess the problem.
Please do not dispose of a damaged or defective product before contacting us, as we may need additional information to resolve your claim.
RETURNS, ACCOUNTS & CONTENT
12. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to remove any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where our website allows customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity conducted through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Where you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials or other content to TACHABeauty, you confirm that:
- the content is your own or you have permission to share it;
- it does not infringe another person’s rights; and
- it is not fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or unlawful.
By submitting content directly for publication or tagging TACHABeauty for reposting, you grant us permission to display and use that content in connection with our brand and marketing.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.
BRAND & WEBSITE
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The TACHABeauty name, TB marks, logos, product names, packaging designs, graphics, photographs, videos, website design, written material and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to TACHABeauty and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, imitate, sell, distribute, alter or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.
16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily suspend, update, modify or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.
17. FRAUD & MISUSE
You must not use our website to:
- commit or attempt fraud;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- interfere with the website’s operation;

- scrape or copy the website for unauthorised commercial use;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this section limits liability for defective products, fraud, negligence or any other liability which applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law or approaching a competent regulator or court where appropriate.
